Free delivery on all orders over DKK 499,- (only in Denmark)

Your order will be delivered as soon as possible and within 2-7 days.

All shipments will be sent by Post Nord and will arrive at your address within 2-5 workdays. Your order will be delivered on the closest Post office or close to your address.

 These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on for delivery IN DENMARK, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands, unless otherwise expressly agreed. 

Ordering and payment

www. is open 24 hours a day, so you can shop around the clock. There may be exceptions for maintenance of the database and at holidays. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.

In order to shop at www. you must be 18 years of age and possess a valid credit card that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years of age, you can still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.

You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping basket". You can right up to the time of booking edit the contents of your shopping cart, and you can frequently check the content and price of the goods.

All prices at NOMAD LIVING above 499,- kr are incl. shipping and payment fees for Denmark, except return freight.

Your payment will be debited from your account when the goods ordered are shipped. We strive to deliver your goods within 2-3 days.

Acknowledgement of receipt of order and order confirmation

When you order an item from us, you will receive a confirmation of our receipt of your order. However, there is first entered into a binding purchase agreement, once you have received an order confirmation from us.

14 day return

When you shop online and in, you normally have 14 days to cancel, which you can inform us that you regret your purchase and then return the item to us.

Right runs from the day you received the goods. If the deadline expires on a holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve deadline is extended to the following business day. In case of multiple goods ordered in one order, but supplied individually, or a product that comes in several batches, the period is from receipt of the last item or lot.

If you want to return the item, you must on receipt only handle the goods in a way so that you can examin the nature, characteristics and the way they function.

To exercise this right, you will have to send an unequivocal statement notify to us within 14 days of receipt of goods. If you regret your purchase, you can use our standard withdrawal form, which is available via this link.

If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it. Remember to return the item in its original packaging. Once we have received and approved the returned item, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days.

The costs of returning goods shall be borne by the customer.

In return you should make sure that the goods are securely wrapped. You have the responsibility for the package / goods until we receive it. So keep postal receipt as well as any. tracking number.

Documentation of your purchase and return form

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or other proof of your purchase. Additionally, it will facilitate the processing, if you attach a completed return form, which is available via this link.


When we receive the goods, we check it, and you will get paid back the amount you have paid to us upon purchase.

The amount is always returned by bank transfer, so you need to tell the bank's name and registration number and account number

You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the product is impaired because

 • Are damaged while you were responsible for it,
• you have handled goods otherwise than was necessary in order for you to determine the nature, characteristics and the way they function 
Complaints - If there is something wrong with the product

NOMAD LIVING provide under the Sale of Goods Act 2 year warranty. This means that you can either have a faulty product repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

  The warranty covers products which are subject to manufacturing and material defects discovered in its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering.

You must contact us within "reasonable time"

You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible, and within 2 months after the error is discovered.

By justified complaint, we will refund reasonable freight costs

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs to send the product back to us. Otherwise, you must bear all costs of transportation including our shipping costs for returning the item after the investigation.

Remember that the product must always be in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipment. You have the responsibility to package / goods until our reception. So keep postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and tracking number.
